MOE Teacher (Maternity Cover) – Immediate Start

About the role

Aldar Education is seeking an experienced MOE Teacher to cover maternity leave at Al Ain British Academy. The role starts immediately and involves delivering the English National Curriculum to a diverse student body.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver lessons using the MOE syllabus, ensuring they meet curriculum outcomes and cater to all ability levels.
• Assess and track student progress, using data to set targets, provide feedback and inform interventions.
• Manage classroom behaviour, uphold safeguarding policies and create a positive learning environment.
• Collaborate with specialists (SEN, EAL, G&T) and support hybrid, distance and face‑to‑face teaching formats.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in education (Arabic Language and Islamic Studies) or a relevant post‑teaching qualification.
• Minimum 1‑2 years of teaching experience, preferably with the English National Curriculum and GCSE.

Required skills

• IT literate and familiar with online teaching technologies.
• Knowledge of the English National Curriculum and MOE syllabus.
