About the role
The Mortgage Advisor role is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. You will source eligible clients, advise them on mortgage financing options and guide them through the application process.
Key responsibilities
- Source eligible clients.
- Advise clients on various mortgage financing options.
- Identify the best mortgage solutions for each client.
- Guide clients through the mortgage application process.
- Ensure successful closure of each case.
Required profile
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role, preferably in the UAE.
- Strong understanding of mortgage products, financial regulations and local market trends.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
