Mortgage Consultant (Dubai)

About the role

The Mortgage Consultant is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this position, the consultant advises clients on suitable mortgage products, explains eligibility criteria, and assists with the full application process.

Key responsibilities

• Assess client financial profiles and compare mortgage offerings from partner banks.
• Prepare and review documentation, coordinate with lenders to secure approvals.
• Provide ongoing customer service, respond to inquiries, and ensure clients understand terms, rates, and repayment obligations.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of UAE mortgage regulations, market trends, and bank policies.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of the mortgage industry and UAE market practices and regulations.
• Experience in mortgage advisory, banking, or financial services (highly preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field (preferred).
• Proficiency in English; Arabic or other regional languages an advantage.
