Mortgage Manager

About the role

Holo is modernising the UAE mortgage market with fast, transparent, and impartial digital solutions. As a Mortgage Manager you will oversee the end‑to‑end mortgage process, ensuring an exceptional customer experience while driving operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up on leads promptly, presenting clients with a range of suitable mortgage options.
• Manage inbound calls from generated leads and make outbound calls to prospects.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and real‑estate partners.
• Educate clients about mortgage products, procedures, and market conditions.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of mortgage rates, policies, and loan processes.
• Gather, analyse, and present required documentation for mortgage processing.
• Visit and nurture existing real‑estate partners on a weekly basis.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Mortgage Manager, Consultant or Broker.
• In‑depth knowledge of mortgage products, processes and regulatory requirements in the Middle East.
• Familiarity with digital mortgage platforms and CRM systems.
• Comfort using technology to improve processes and enhance customer experience.
• CEMAP knowledge (not essential).
