Multi Property Assistant Sales Manager, Leisure

About the role

The Multi Property Assistant Sales Manager, Leisure will support sales activities across JW Marriott’s portfolio, focusing on the leisure market. You will drive revenue, build relationships with clients, and ensure the delivery of exceptional event experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Build top‑line revenue by following sales strategy guidelines and identifying revenue opportunities.
• Prospect weekly, conduct market research, and generate new business through door‑to‑door outreach and online sourcing.
• Manage sales contracts, budgets, and inventory of guest rooms and meeting spaces.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers, including site inspections, FAM trips, and post‑event follow‑up.
• Respond promptly to inquiries, negotiate agreements, and close high‑value opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 + year progressive sales experience, preferably in hospitality or luxury brands.
• Strong negotiating, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to conduct internet research, prospect, and “knock on doors” to generate leads.
• Understanding of hotel operations, event technology, and contract/legal aspects.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a high conversion ratio.
