About the role
The Multi-property Director of Finance leads the finance function for a cluster of four hotels in Dubai, reporting to the Executive Committee and shaping financial strategy across the portfolio.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute annual business and operating budgets, providing analytical support to identify cost‑saving and productivity opportunities.
- Lead finance and accounting teams, oversee internal, external and regulatory audits, and ensure accurate financial reporting and tax compliance.
- Collaborate with Operations and Revenue Managers to create effective revenue‑management strategies and accurate forecasts.
- Manage working capital, cash flow, and capital‑expenditure projects in line with brand SOPs and owner expectations.
Required profile
- 4‑year bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field (or master’s degree with no experience required).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably within hospitality or a related professional environment.
