Multi Property Sales Coordinator – EBC

About the role

The Multi Property Sales Coordinator (EBC) supports the sales function across JW Marriott properties in Dubai, handling administrative tasks, contract creation, and reporting to ensure smooth operations.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure Diary Management Systems are updated with all activities.
• Process business correspondence within acceptable time limits.
• Create contracts and related booking documentation to a high standard.
• Produce daily, weekly, and monthly reports accurately using the Opera system and enquiry log statistics.
• Manage the generic EBC email account, coordinate leads, and track response times and duplicate bookings.
• Transfer accurate, complete, and timely information to operating departments at the properties.
• Assist the Director and Assistant with administrative duties related to the EBC function.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings and ensure compliance with company policies.

Required profile

• Understands the overall market and its dynamics.
• Effectively manages and develops relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrates strong organizational and time‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Opera system.
• Experience using Diary Management Systems.
