Multi-Property Sales Manager (Luxury Wholesale Travel)

About the role

The Multi-Property Sales Manager will drive luxury wholesale travel sales for EDITION in Abu Dhabi. You will be responsible for proactively generating and managing sales opportunities, ensuring smooth turnover to service teams, and building long‑term, value‑based relationships with clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through calls, entertainment, FAM trips, trade shows and other channels.
• Coordinate with off‑property sales channels to avoid duplication and maximize coverage.
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing and prospective customers to secure future bookings.
• Provide accurate turnover information to the Event Management team.
• Participate in sales calls, generate proposals, draft contracts and handle customer correspondence.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and economic factors to position the location effectively.
• Achieve personal and location revenue targets by closing high‑value opportunities.

Required profile

• 2‑year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel & Restaurant Management or related field with at least 3 years sales/marketing experience, OR a 4‑year bachelor’s degree with at least 1 year relevant experience.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
