Multi Threat Radar Field Engineer

About the role

As a Multi Threat Radar Field Engineer you will lead the integration, commissioning and testing of advanced radar systems for defense customers. You will work across factory, customer and operational sites, providing hands‑on troubleshooting and performance validation in challenging environments.

Key responsibilities

• Execute radar system commissioning, including Setting to Work, FAT, SAT and environmental/EMI‑EMC testing.
• Perform on‑site integration and field operations, supporting engineering tasks at military bases and international locations.
• Troubleshoot complex hardware, software, RF, power and network issues.
• Validate system performance under operational conditions and analyse radar logs using automation tools.
• Prepare technical documentation, test plans, procedures and detailed customer reports.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 + years experience in radar integration or field engineering.
• Extensive experience with FAT/SAT, environmental and EMI/EMC testing.
• Proven ability to work directly with defence customers and follow MIL‑STD qualification processes.
• Strong documentation skills with minimal supervision.
• Effective teamwork across RF, hardware, software and systems disciplines.
