Multi Tinting Operator

About the role

We are looking for a Multi Tinting Operator to join our paint manufacturing plant in Sharjah. The successful candidate will operate the multi‑tint dispensing machine, ensure colour accuracy and maintain equipment in line with quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor the multi‑tint dispensing machine according to approved formulas and production orders.
• Dispense colourants accurately and verify colour accuracy, making adjustments as required.
• Perform colour matching and tint corrections when necessary.
• Clean and maintain tinting equipment to prevent contamination.
• Conduct routine inspections and basic preventive maintenance.
• Follow SOPs, quality standards and safety regulations.
• Report equipment malfunctions and coordinate with maintenance.
• Maintain a clean, organised work area compliant with housekeeping standards.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is an advantage.
• 1–3 years of experience in paint manufacturing, coatings or tinting operations preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and handle paints, colourants and chemicals using appropriate PPE.
• Willingness to work shifts, overtime and lift materials within company limits.

Required skills

• Knowledge of colour matching and tinting systems.
• Basic computer skills for operating automated tinting equipment.
• Machine operation and basic troubleshooting.
• Quality inspection and documentation.
