Helper for Garment Production

About the role
The Helper supports daily operations on the factory floor of a leading garment manufacturer, ensuring smooth flow of materials and assistance to production teams.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in loading and unloading raw materials and finished products.
- Organise and distribute fabrics, trims and other materials to workers on the production floor.
- Support machine operators by monitoring performance and helping with adjustments.
- Maintain cleanliness, order and safety standards throughout the factory.
Required profile
- Formal education with ability to read and write.
- On‑the‑job training provided; previous industrial experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
Required skills
- Physical ability to lift, move, stand, bend and handle materials throughout the shift.
- Basic understanding of factory machinery and willingness to learn.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
