Multimedia Designer

About the role

IC Markets is looking for a creative Multimedia Designer to produce high‑quality video content, motion graphics, and animations that support marketing campaigns, webinars, events, and social‑media activations. The role sits within a fast‑paced, multi‑entity environment and requires strong attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce engaging multimedia assets such as videos, motion graphics, animations, and interactive visuals.
• Create social‑media videos, event promos, and webinar intros/outros.
• Develop animated infographics and explainer videos for product launches and campaigns.
• Edit raw footage, add sound design, subtitles, transitions, and visual effects while adhering to brand guidelines.
• Optimize videos for platforms including website, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and X.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Maintain a digital asset library and streamline production workflows.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in multimedia design, motion graphics, or video editing (agency or in‑house).
• Strong visual storytelling skills and ability to adapt concepts for multi‑language campaigns.
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of video trends, motion‑design techniques, and animation tools.
