About the role

7 Management is a leading hospitality and entertainment group founded in Beirut and headquartered in Dubai. Operating a portfolio of restaurants, lounges, clubs and beach venues, the company is expanding its Dubai operations and is seeking passionate talent for a wide range of front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house positions, such as Head Chef, Preparation Chef, Assistant Preparation Chef, Pastry Chef, Butcher, various kitchen stations (Hot, Cold, Grill, Bakery, Fish), Restaurant Manager, Assistant Restaurant Manager, Floor Manager, Captain Waiter, Bar Manager and Receptionist Manager. These roles are part of the 2026 career drive, offering opportunities for experienced professionals to grow within a dynamic, fine‑dining environment.

Required profile

Previous experience in seafood preparation is mandatory.
Experience in oriental cuisine and fine‑dining environments.
Good command of English.
Ability to work under pressure.
Strong management, communication and leadership skills.
