Multiple Hospitality Roles – Kitchen & Front of House

About the role

EL&N London – UAE is hiring hospitality professionals to join its dining concepts across Dubai. The company is filling multiple roles across kitchen and front‑of‑house operations to support day‑to‑day restaurant service, guest experience delivery, and culinary prep.

Key responsibilities

• Execute daily operational duties aligned with the specific hired role (Kitchen Management, Culinary Prep, Table Service, or Expediting).
• Prepare food items, manage kitchen lines, or deliver F&B orders to guests according to brand service standards.
• Maintain clean, organized, and compliant workspace areas across dining floors and kitchen stations.
• Coordinate with front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house teams to maintain smooth service flow during operational hours.
• Field guest requests, deliver menu insights, and enforce food safety and hygiene protocols.

Required profile

• Prior UAE experience within hospitality, café, or restaurant environments preferred; educational background in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or related fields is desirable.
• Familiarity with F&B service standards, food preparation protocols, kitchen sanitation practices, and order POS/expediting workflows.
• Strong interpersonal communication, customer service focus, teamwork, adaptability, and positive attitude in fast‑paced retail food operations.
