About the role

Flyria Travel & Tourism is expanding its team in Dubai and is looking for passionate professionals to promote travel services, develop customer relationships and support business growth across sales, marketing and administration functions.

Key responsibilities

• Promote travel and tourism services to customers and potential clients.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide suitable travel solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to support business growth.
• Generate new business opportunities through sales and marketing activities.
• Assist customers with holiday packages, travel arrangements and related services.
• Achieve sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in travel, tourism, sales, marketing or customer service.
