Multi‑Property General Manager – Hospitality

About the role

The General Manager will provide strategic leadership and operational direction for voco Monaco Dubai and the pre‑opening, launch and post‑opening of voco Nice on Dubai World Islands. This senior role is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, strong financial results and embodying IHG’s “True Hospitality” brand values across both properties.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the successful operation of voco Monaco Dubai and oversee the pre‑opening, launch and post‑opening phases of voco Nice.
• Develop and execute strategic business plans aligned with IHG and owner objectives.
• Ensure day‑to‑day operational excellence across all departments including Rooms, F&B, Engineering, Housekeeping, Finance, HR, Commercial, IT and Security.
• Prepare and manage annual budgets, forecasts and financial plans, driving revenue growth and maximizing GOP.
• Oversee capital planning, asset management and long‑term property value.
• Lead, inspire and develop a high‑performing team, promoting succession planning and a culture of engagement.
• Champion the “True Hospitality” promise, maintaining top‑tier guest satisfaction scores.
• Manage pre‑opening budgets, project timelines, OS&E/FF&E planning and operational readiness for voco Nice.
• Represent the hotels at industry events, build community partnerships and enhance brand visibility.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in full‑service hotel general management, including pre‑opening and post‑opening phases.
• Proven ability to develop and execute strategic business plans that meet owner and brand objectives.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasts and revenue optimisation.
• Demonstrated leadership in building high‑performing teams and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
• Knowledge of IHG brand standards and UAE labour law requirements.
