Multiskilled HVAC Technician – Hotel

About the role

Join the engineering team of a luxury hotel and ensure guests enjoy a comfortable, safe environment. As a Multiskilled HVAC Technician you will handle both HVAC and electrical systems, delivering prompt service and preventive care throughout the property.

Key responsibilities

• Repair, maintain, install and monitor HVAC and electrical equipment across the hotel.
• Assemble and install wiring, fixtures, audio/visual gear, microphones and lighting systems in guest rooms and function spaces.
• Respond quickly to emergency calls and guest or manager requests.
• Conduct regular inspection tours to verify proper operation of all systems.
• Complete preventive‑maintenance schedules and document incidents.
• Maintain tools, equipment and work areas in good condition.
• Tag electrical items and keep registers up to date.

Required profile

• Previous electrical experience, preferably in a hotel, ship, hospital or similar environment.
• Valid electrical trade qualification.
• Knowledge of general maintenance, engineering work and guest‑room repairs.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently within set timeframes.
• Solid work ethic and a passion for handling multiple projects daily.
