Multi‑Skilled Technician – Luxury Hotel

About the role

The Multi‑Skilled Technician supports daily engineering operations at the Forbes Five‑Star Waldorf Astoria Dubai International Financial Centre. The role ensures that all hotel facilities remain safe, reliable and maintained to the highest standards, contributing to an exceptional guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance across electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry and painting.
• Conduct regular inspections, testing and basic troubleshooting of hotel equipment and systems.
• Respond promptly to guest and departmental maintenance requests, attending breakdowns and emergencies.
• Maintain accurate records of work orders, equipment issues and completed repairs.
• Support engineering projects, inspections and contractors as required.

Required profile

• Diploma or relevant qualification in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Previous experience as a Multi‑Skilled Technician or in engineering within a luxury hotel environment.
• Positive attitude, proactive approach and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with attention to detail and safety.
