Netskope SASE SME – 12-Month Contract

About the role

An organization is looking for an experienced Netskope Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) Subject Matter Expert to manage, operate, maintain and optimize enterprise-wide Netskope SASE security solutions. The role covers BAU security operations, incident management, troubleshooting, policy administration and service optimization, working closely with SOC, Network Security, Endpoint Security and Infrastructure teams. It is a 12-month contract.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and monitor the Netskope SASE platform, configure CASB, SWG, ZTNA (Private Access), DLP and other capabilities, and manage security policies, URL filtering, SSL/TLS inspection and client deployment.
• Manage CASB, SWG, ZTNA and DLP policies, investigate policy violations and false positives, and support Zero Trust access controls.
• Provide L2/L3 support for incidents, troubleshoot connectivity, traffic steering, SSL/TLS inspection and access issues, perform log analysis and root cause analysis, and coordinate with Netskope vendor support.
• Maintain secure access to SaaS, IaaS, web apps and private resources, support Netskope Private Access, and troubleshoot proxy, tunnel and endpoint traffic steering.
• Monitor dashboards and alerts, forward events to SIEM and SOC tools, generate security reports, and support audits and compliance (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR).
• Implement change management, maintain documentation and SOPs, and identify automation opportunities.
• Work with SOC, Network Security, Endpoint Security and Cloud Security teams, and act as technical SME for escalations.

Required profile

• 3-6 years of experience in IT infrastructure, network/cloud security or cybersecurity operations.
• At least 3 years of hands-on Netskope SASE administration, troubleshooting and BAU operations, with enterprise-scale deployments.
• Bachelor's degree in information security, IT, computer science, engineering or a related field.
• Strong understanding of ITIL incident, problem, change and service request processes.

Required skills

• Netskope CASB, SWG, Private Access, ZTNA, DLP, Remote Browser Isolation, SSL/TLS inspection, proxy and access troubleshooting, dashboards and reporting.
• Zero Trust architecture, SASE framework, FWaaS, VPN, DNS security, IDS/IPS, Azure, AWS, GCP, SIEM integrations.
• Certifications: Netskope Certified Cloud Security Integrator (NCCSI) and Netskope Administrator (mandatory); CISSP, CompTIA Security+, CCNA preferred.
