Network and Security Engineer (UAE only)

Key responsibilities

• Deploy and configure VMware Cloud Director networking, including VDC networks, edge gateways and integration with NSX‑T provider gateways.
• Implement and manage NSX‑T environments – overlay networking, Tier‑0/Tier‑1 gateways, distributed routing, Distributed Firewall and micro‑segmentation policies.
• Deploy and operate NSX Advanced Load Balancer (AVI) virtual services, pools, health monitors, SSL termination and WAF policies.
• Design and execute Layer‑2 extension across sites using NSX L2 Bridging, VMware HCX or equivalent to enable workload mobility.
• Implement enterprise security solutions – next‑generation firewalls (Palo Alto, Fortinet), IPS, advanced threat protection and secure web proxy/URL filtering.
• Configure OCI network security controls such as Security Lists, Network Firewall, Fast Connect and IAM policies for hybrid cloud environments.
• Deploy and manage F5 BIG‑IP LTM/GTM/ASM solutions, including virtual servers, iRules, SSL offloading and health monitoring.
• Lead end‑to‑end migration projects, migrating legacy network security infrastructure to modern platforms with minimal disruption.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, Network Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4 years of hands‑on experience in network security implementation, deployment and migration.
• Proven track record delivering complex security migrations in live enterprise environments.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with architects, project managers and operations teams.
