Network & IP Collaboration Engineer – Voice & Video Conferencing

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled Network & IP Collaboration Engineer to design, implement and maintain our voice, video‑conferencing and unified‑communication infrastructure. The role focuses on Cisco‑based networking and ensures secure, high‑performance collaboration across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deploy and maintain Cisco LAN/WAN solutions for collaboration tools (VoIP, video conferencing, unified communications).
• Configure and troubleshoot Cisco routers, switches (Catalyst/Nexus) and wireless access points to optimise performance.
• Implement Cisco QoS policies to prioritise voice and video traffic, reducing latency and jitter.
• Manage and monitor Cisco Unified Communications, Cisco WebEx and related platforms.
• Configure Cisco Call Manager (CUCM), Cisco Expressway and Cisco Unified Border Element (CUBE) for secure voice/video communication.
• Work with Palo Alto and Fortinet firewalls to secure collaboration traffic.
• Monitor network performance, conduct capacity planning and ensure high availability of voice and video services.
• Provide technical support, documentation and training to cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years (36 months) of experience in network engineering, focusing on collaboration solutions.
• Strong expertise in Cisco networking technologies and IP‑based communication systems.
• Hands‑on experience with VoIP, video‑conferencing and unified‑communication platforms.
• Familiarity with Palo Alto and Fortinet firewall products.
• Ability to work onsite in Abu Dhabi and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
