New Business Development Executive – Agency Sales

About the role
MOTAD is expanding its new‑business function and seeks a proactive New Business Development Executive to own the end‑to‑end sales cycle for agency services across the UAE and GCC. You will leverage the agency’s creative and strategic capabilities to win new clients and drive revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain a structured prospect pipeline targeting UAE and GCC brands.
- Conduct outreach via email, LinkedIn, referrals, events and other channels to secure meetings.
- Develop customised credentials and pitch decks that address each prospect’s specific business challenges.
- Lead discovery conversations, negotiate terms and close agreements with full support from creative and strategy leads.
- Provide accurate pipeline reporting and regular updates to senior leadership.
- Represent MOTAD at relevant industry events and networking forums.
Required profile
- 3‑5 years of sales or business development experience, with at least 2 years in an advertising, creative, digital or media agency.
- Proven track record of winning new business in the UAE market.
- Strong command of English (written and spoken); Arabic is a plus.
- Comfortable engaging with Marketing Heads, CMOs or CEOs.
- Experience creating and delivering agency credentials and pitches.
- Bachelor’s or MBA in Marketing, Business, Advertising or related field.
