Night Manager - Front Office

About the role

The Night Manager – Front Office at Madinat Jumeirah Resort oversees all front‑office operations during the night shift, ensuring guest safety, smooth financial reconciliation and seamless service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and monitor emergency procedures as defined in the Emergency Evacuation Operations Plan.
• Collaborate with the Night Auditor to balance daily revenues, verify rate codes, discounts and other financial entries in Opera Cloud, and generate required backup reports before system close.
• Manage night‑time visitor interactions in coordination with security, safeguarding guest privacy and property.
• Record major incidents and critical information in the Duty Manager’s logbook and complete CID reports accurately and promptly.
• Address over‑booking situations, including booking out guests when necessary, while maintaining service standards.

Required profile

• Minimum of 60 months (5 years) experience in hotel front‑office or night‑management roles.
• Strong understanding of hotel revenue management and emergency protocols.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently during night hours.
