About the role

The Nukhbat Al Wattan programme is a six‑month youth development initiative designed for UAE nationals who are awaiting their national service. Participants will be placed in reputable organisations to gain practical experience that aligns with their academic background and career interests.

Key responsibilities

• Undertake assigned tasks within the host organisation under supervision.
• Apply and develop skills relevant to your field of study.
• Collaborate with team members and contribute to ongoing projects.
• Maintain a professional attitude and adhere to the host’s policies.

Required profile

• UAE national (male).
• Holder of a high‑school diploma or university degree.
• Currently awaiting enlistment for national service.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency in standard office tools (e.g., Microsoft Office).
