Academy Head Coach (Girls Football)

About the role

Banaat FC is seeking an experienced Academy Head Coach to lead its growing girls’ football Academy in Dubai. This full‑time, hands‑on role focuses on elite youth player development, technical and tactical training, and shaping the Academy’s pathway.

Key responsibilities

• Lead coaching and development of multiple Academy teams, including the U17 side.
• Plan and deliver high‑quality technical and tactical training sessions.
• Set clear player development objectives and prepare teams for league matches, tournaments and competitions.
• Conduct player and team analysis to support individual growth.
• Collaborate with the wider coaching team to ensure consistency across the Academy.
• Contribute to the development of coaching methodology, curriculum and player pathway.
• Support player assessments, trials, recruitment and squad selection.
• Build strong relationships with players and parents while maintaining professional standards.

Required profile

• UEFA B or AFC B coaching licence (or higher) preferred.
• Proven experience coaching youth football, preferably girls or women.
• Strong ability to develop players technically, not just manage teams.
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organised with experience in session planning, player development plans and analysis.
• Proactive, adaptable and eager to help build a growing Academy.
• Fluent English and willing to relocate to Dubai immediately.

Required skills

• Coaching licences (UEFA B, AFC B or higher).
• Technical and tactical football coaching expertise.
