Nurse - Polyclinic, Jumeirah

About the role

A full-time, on-site Nurse position at a polyclinic in Jumeirah, Dubai. The nurse provides direct patient care and works closely with physicians, allied health professionals and technical staff.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including assessment, monitoring of vital signs and administering medications within scope of practice
• Support diagnostic and treatment procedures involving medical equipment
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and equipment use
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow infection control and safety protocols
• Collaborate with medical and technical staff on the use of devices and supplies
• Assist with equipment demonstrations, support training sessions for clinical teams and communicate feedback to improve products and services

Required profile

• Valid nursing license or registration in the applicable jurisdiction
• Degree or diploma in Nursing from an accredited institution
• Previous experience in hospital, clinic or medical equipment-related settings is an advantage
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other regional languages is beneficial

Required skills

• Clinical nursing skills: patient assessment, care planning and safe medication administration
• Experience with medical equipment operation, basic troubleshooting and adherence to safety and infection control standards
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with patients, families and multidisciplinary teams
• Organizational and documentation skills, including accurate recordkeeping and attention to detail
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively
