Nursery Manager

About the role

Our client is a bilingual nursery in Dubai offering high‑quality education to children aged one to five years. The Nursery Manager will lead the entire branch, overseeing teaching and support staff while ensuring compliance with local standards and delivering an excellent learning environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full branch teaching and support team and report directly to the CEO.
• Maintain staff rotas and ensure staff‑to‑child ratios meet KHDA requirements.
• Handle parent complaints and communication professionally.
• Oversee occupancy, enrolment, and budget management for the centre.
• Ensure safeguarding and child‑protection policies are fully implemented.
• Prepare for and manage KHDA early years standards inspections.

Required profile

• Minimum five (5) years of local nursery leadership experience.
• Proven experience running a branch or being the accountable lead.
• KHDA early years standards and inspection framework knowledge.
• Safeguarding and child‑protection certificate.
• Fluent professional English (spoken and written).
• Bachelor of Education, Early Childhood Education, or CACHE Level 5 (Level 3 accepted with 5+ years documented local leadership).
• Certificates attested by MOFA/Emirati Embassy.
