Nursery School Managing Principal

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Managing Principal to lead our busy nursery school. You will oversee daily operations, ensure high‑quality early childhood education, and foster a safe, nurturing environment for young learners.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day school operations, including admissions, tours, and parent communications.
• Develop and control budgets, oversee payroll, and ensure financial accountability.
• Lead HR functions: hiring, onboarding, performance mentoring, visa and labour‑card processing, and staff termination.
• Maintain classroom resources, support teachers, and implement play‑based learning approaches.
• Operate and analyse data within the school’s CRM system, producing reports for management.
• Coordinate events, marketing liaison, and community outreach as needed.

Required profile

• Degree‑qualified with extensive experience managing early childhood education settings.
• Proven leadership ability, trustworthy, transparent, and hands‑on in guiding staff.
• Excellent command of English (native or business‑level); Arabic is a plus.
• Strong understanding of ECE programs, teacher management, and regulatory requirements.
