Nursery Secretary

About the role

Stanford Nurseries is looking for organised and professional Nursery Secretaries to support its branches in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain. The role covers front-desk activities, administrative records, communication between parents and staff, and help with daily nursery operations. Previous experience in a nursery or school is an added advantage.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative and reception support so daily nursery operations run smoothly.
• Welcome and assist parents, visitors and staff professionally.
• Maintain accurate records, filing systems, documentation and office correspondence.
• Coordinate communication between parents, teachers and nursery management.
• Handle general office duties using Microsoft Office applications.
• Assist with scheduling, appointment coordination and administrative planning.
• Respond to inquiries and direct requests to the right staff members.
• Support the nursery team with routine administrative tasks and record management.

Required profile

• Experience in administration, reception or customer service.
• Nursery or school administration experience is an advantage.
• Good English communication skills and a professional approach with parents, colleagues and visitors.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, multitasking and task prioritisation.
• Welcoming attitude, reliability, discretion and comfort working in an educational environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• General office administration tools.

What we offer

• Estimated salary of AED 3,500 to AED 5,500 per month.
