Nursery Teacher (FS1/FS2)

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Nursery Teacher (FS1/FS2) to join our well‑established nursery in the UAE. The successful candidate will create a nurturing, child‑centered learning environment and deliver the EYFS curriculum with enthusiasm.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the EYFS curriculum.
• Implement in‑the‑moment planning and a child‑led learning approach.
• Support children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development.
• Observe, assess, and record children’s progress and development.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding children’s development and learning progress.
• Collaborate with teaching assistants and the nursery team to support daily activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or a related field.
• Cache Level 3 (completed) or equivalent qualification (MOFA attested).
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Nursery/Early Years Teacher.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience with the EYFS framework.

Required skills

• Experience with child‑led learning and in‑the‑moment planning.
