Nursing Manager - Home Health

About the role

The Nursing Manager for Home Health oversees the clinical and operational delivery of home health services in Dubai, ensuring high standards of patient care and safety. This full-time, on-site role involves managing nursing teams, coordinating patient care plans and supervising day-to-day home visits and case management.

Key responsibilities

• Manage nursing teams, staffing, scheduling and performance evaluations
• Coordinate patient care plans and supervise home visits and case management
• Monitor quality indicators and implement evidence-based practices
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational policies
• Collaborate with physicians, allied health professionals and families to optimize care outcomes
• Take part in continuous improvement initiatives, staff education and protocol development

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent; a Master's in Nursing, Healthcare Management or a related field is an advantage
• Valid professional nursing license/registration, preferably eligible to practice in the UAE
• Demonstrated experience in home health or community nursing management, including knowledge of regional healthcare regulations and accreditation standards
• Experience in critical care medicine and advanced patient care
