Nutrition & Supplements Sales Agent (On‑Site)

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position covers Abu Dhabi and other areas across the UAE. You will develop both B2B and B2C sales for Savannah Soul Fruits, expanding the customer base and increasing product visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach new B2B and B2C customers, building long‑term relationships.
• Visit pharmacies, supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, wellness centres, clinics and other outlets to introduce and promote products.
• Maintain strong relationships with store owners, purchasing managers, pharmacists, doctors and other decision‑makers.
• Present products professionally, explaining ingredients, nutritional value, usage and benefits.
• Generate leads, follow up prospects, convert opportunities into sales and retain existing customers.
• Secure product listings, shelf space, displays, bulk orders and repeat business.
• Monitor competitor activity, market trends, pricing and new business opportunities.
• Coordinate product sampling, promotional activities and educational sessions.
• Maintain accurate records of visits, leads, orders and accounts.
• Achieve agreed sales, customer acquisition and business development targets.

Required profile

• Academic background in Nutrition, Dietetics, Health Sciences, Pharmacy, Food Science or related field (preferred).
• Strong practical knowledge of nutrition, dietary products and supplements.
• Experience in sales, business development, nutritional counselling, FMCG or retail.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and comfortable working independently in the field.
• Valid UAE driving licence and ability to travel extensively across the UAE.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic or other UAE languages are an advantage.
