Odoo & IT Specialist

About the role

Heilbronn Properties is looking for an Odoo & IT Specialist to manage and support its Odoo ERP system, maintain IT infrastructure and keep business applications running smoothly across office and construction site operations. The role is full time and based in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, configure and maintain Odoo ERP modules such as HR, Recruitment, Payroll, Accounting, Procurement, Inventory and Project Management.
• Develop and improve Odoo workflows, approval processes, reports, dashboards and system integrations.
• Troubleshoot Odoo issues and coordinate with external developers or service providers when needed.
• Provide technical support for computers, laptops, printers, email accounts, networks and business applications.
• Manage user accounts, access permissions, system security and data backups.
• Maintain IT equipment, software licences, antivirus protection and IT asset records.
• Support employees with IT issues and train them on Odoo and other business systems.
• Coordinate IT requirements for head office and construction sites, and monitor system performance, data security and compliance with IT policies.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and digitalisation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant IT support and ERP experience.
• Strong practical experience with Odoo ERP configuration, administration and workflow management.
• Experience with Windows systems, Microsoft 365, networking, hardware and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, data backup and IT asset management.
• Strong problem-solving, communication and organisational skills; UAE experience preferred.
