Odoo Sales & Implementation Consultant

About the role

FlowMind Technology is seeking an Odoo Sales & Implementation Consultant to drive ERP sales, conduct client demonstrations, gather business requirements, and coordinate implementations. The role bridges business operations and technical delivery, ensuring clients receive tailored Odoo solutions from initial contact through training.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and follow up with potential clients for Odoo ERP solutions.
• Meet clients to understand their business needs and operational challenges.
• Present and demonstrate Odoo modules such as Sales, CRM, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, POS, and eCommerce.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and implementation plans based on client requirements.
• Gather and document business requirements for the technical team.
• Coordinate with developers and consultants for configuration, customization, testing, and delivery.
• Support clients during implementation, user training, and go-live.
• Maintain professional client communication and follow up after implementation.
• Identify opportunities for additional modules, services, support contracts, or automation solutions.

Required profile

• Previous experience in Odoo, ERP, CRM, accounting software, or business software sales/implementation.
• Good understanding of business processes such as sales, purchase, inventory, accounting, CRM, and HR.
• Strong communication, presentation, and client‑handling skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Accounting, Computer Science or related field preferred.
• UAE experience, Arabic language, or UAE driving license are advantages.
