Part-Time Beauty Consultant – Al Jimi Mall (Emiratisation)

About the role

Join Chalhoub Group as a Part‑Time Beauty Consultant for Giorgio Armani at Al Jimi Mall. You will drive sales, deliver exceptional guest experiences and support key customer initiatives in a luxury retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve individual and collective sales targets while ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.
• Collect and analyse data on customer behaviour, top sellers and slow movers to inform business reviews.
• Drive client relationships through an omni‑channel approach and provide pre‑buying product feedback.
• Promote the loyalty program (MUSE) and keep up‑to‑date with app offerings.
• Support in‑store marketing events, activations and CX initiatives, ensuring VM guidelines and SOPs are followed.

Required profile

• Strong English communication skills.
• Eligibility for the Emiratisation programme.

Required skills

• Sales and customer service experience in luxury beauty retail.
• Ability to capture and manage customer data in line with marketing requirements.
