About the role
Join Unique Properties, the leading off‑plan sales team in the UAE, and work exclusively with pre‑qualified investor leads. You will focus on presenting off‑plan projects from top developers and closing high‑value transactions.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and follow up qualified investor leads provided by the company.
- Present off‑plan property opportunities from developers such as EMAAR, MERAAS, NAKHEEL, DAMAC and SOBHA.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international investors.
- Consistently close deals to achieve commission‑based earnings.
Required profile
- Sales‑driven mindset with a focus on results.
- Prior experience in real‑estate sales, preferably in Dubai.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a target‑oriented environment.
