Off-Plan & Secondary Property Consultant (Commission Based)

About the role

Rajha Real Estate is seeking motivated, performance‑driven Property Consultants to join its growing team. The role focuses on Dubai real‑estate sales, specifically Off‑Plan and Secondary Market properties, and operates on a commission‑only basis.

Key responsibilities

• Market and sell Off‑Plan and/or Secondary Market properties.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, landlords, buyers, and developers.
• Conduct property viewings, presentations, and investment consultations.
• Advise clients on market trends, payment plans, and suitable property opportunities.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
• Stay updated on new launches, developer offers, resale opportunities, and market movements.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records and provide regular sales and lead reports.
• Attend client meetings, networking events, and property exhibitions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and RERA regulations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Dubai real‑estate sales (mandatory).
• Experience in Off‑Plan and/or Secondary Market sales.
• Strong negotiation, sales, and closing abilities.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Good understanding of Dubai’s real‑estate market.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented and able to work independently or within a team.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Valid UAE driving licence preferred; RERA certification is an advantage.
