Office Manager - AI

About the role

The Office Manager – AI supports the Chief AI Officer in driving the Bank’s artificial intelligence initiatives. This senior‑level position blends executive coordination, project management, and stakeholder liaison to ensure the AI function operates smoothly and strategically.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of the Chief AI Officer’s office, maintaining visibility of priorities, commitments and key relationships.
• Prepare and coordinate correspondence, presentations, briefing materials, reports, talking points and meeting documentation.
• Capture decisions, commitments and actions, and follow up to ensure completion.
• Act as the central coordination point between the AI office and internal/external stakeholders, building strong relationships across executive management, business divisions, support and governance functions.
• Provide advisory support on internal processes, organizational practices and cultural considerations to help the Chief AI Officer navigate the Bank.
• Utilise AI‑enabled productivity tools to improve efficiency and reduce routine administrative work.

Required profile

• Demonstrated sound judgment, initiative and discretion when handling confidential information.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and executive teams.
• Strong understanding of banking processes, internal relationships and organisational culture – current ADIB employees are highly preferred.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
