About the role
The Special Unit Officer will support inspection activities for Dubai Customs, conducting analyses and tests with specialized equipment to safeguard the nation against physical and economic threats. The role also involves leading a small team of Inspectors and Senior Inspectors in operational areas, ensuring effective execution of security measures.
Key responsibilities
- Perform technical analyses and tests using specialized inspection equipment.
- Support inspection requests to identify and mitigate potential threats.
- Lead and coordinate a small team of Inspectors and Senior Inspectors in operational zones.
- Prepare reports on findings and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain compliance with Dubai Customs regulations and standards.
Required profile
- Graduate in a relevant business area.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in inspection, security, or related fields.
- Relevant certifications or professional qualifications as required by the role.
