Officer Trade Operations FTC – Exports Operations Group

About the role

The Officer Trade Operations FTC will support the Exports Operations Group by processing trade finance transactions and delivering high‑quality customer service at the trade counter. You will ensure accurate data entry, compliance with bank policies, and timely handling of documents.

Key responsibilities

• Process trade finance transactions for multiple business segments and perform accurate data entry of customer documents.
• Manage front‑office trade counter activities, including customer interaction, query resolution, and document collection/dispatch.
• Maintain tracking records for dispatched and received documents and ensure timely verification and handover.
• Scan, index, and upload documents into the electronic document management system (EDMS) within agreed timelines.
• Review customer complaints, take corrective actions, and escalate issues to the manager when necessary.
• Support the team during high‑volume periods, staff shortages, or urgent business requirements.
• Participate in team huddles, suggest process improvements, and ensure SOP/OPM/ADM documents are updated as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent organizational skills and a collaborative team attitude.
• Hands‑on experience in trade desk or FTC counter operations and customer support.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel).
