About the role

The Procurement Specialist will work closely with internal teams such as Operations, Marketing, Sales and Finance to drive sourcing activities that support the company’s marketing and automotive initiatives. This role ensures that all procurement actions align with corporate strategy and deliver cost‑effective, high‑quality solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal departments to define procurement needs and align activities with corporate strategy.
• Identify, evaluate and select suppliers for transportation, warehousing, promotions, advertising and events based on quality, reliability, cost and compliance.
• Negotiate contracts, secure favorable terms, and maintain long‑term supplier relationships while monitoring performance.
• Develop and implement cost‑reduction strategies to improve supply‑chain efficiency for marketing campaigns.
• Conduct market analysis and stay updated on automotive industry trends to identify optimization opportunities.
• Participate in tender procedures and bid evaluations to ensure quality, price and delivery standards.
• Establish standardized procurement policies, including single‑source and vendor recommendation mechanisms.
• Maintain accurate records of all procurement transactions and contracts in compliance with internal rules and local regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of end‑to‑end procurement experience, with at least 3 years in marketing procurement; automotive industry experience preferred.
• Proven ability to negotiate commercial terms independently.
• Strong analytical thinking and cross‑functional communication skills.
• Fluent in English (oral and written) and Chinese (spoken) for daily communication with overseas partners.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
