职位概况

负责中东及中亚地区的业务拓展与业绩达成，全面管理年度订单、收入、回款及费用预算，推动公司在当地的品牌建设与市场渗透。

主要职责

制定并执行3年市场进入与增长规划，确保区域业绩目标实现。
主导区域电力公司、能源巨头及国际EPC的供应商资格预审与产品入网认证，建立高层客户关系。
统筹投标策略、商务谈判与合同签署，负责5百万美元以上项目的全流程闭环与风险控制。
组建并管理属地团队，推进办事处向子公司转型，搭建渠道/代理网络及本地合规体系。
代表公司参与区域电力展、行业协会与标准活动，对接政府与能源主管部门，提升品牌影响力。

任职要求

≥10年电气设备、数字能源或新能源行业经验，≥5年海外区域业务经验，≥2年常驻目标区域。
具备国际电气巨头或中国电力装备头部企业的海外工作背景。
英语为工作语言（谈判级），拥有完整的“市场准入→投标→签约→履约→回款”案例，主导过单个≥5百万美元合同。
拥有≥5人的海外团队管理经验，具备跨文化领导力与抗压能力，接受长期驻外。
