Offset Printer Operator – Full‑time

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Offset Printer Operator to join Crown Mark’s production team in Abu Dhabi. The role involves operating and maintaining offset printing presses to deliver high‑quality printed materials in a fast‑paced environment. You will collaborate with the production planning team to ensure schedules are met and maintain equipment readiness.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, adjust and run offset printing machines for each job order.
• Monitor colour accuracy and print quality throughout production.
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on equipment.
• Ensure timely completion of print runs while adhering to safety and quality standards.
• Document machine settings and production data for traceability.

Required profile

• Proven experience operating offset printing presses.
• Ability to work independently and meet production targets.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Willingness to work six days a week, nine hours per day, with overtime as needed.
