Offshore Construction Superintendent (E&I)

About the role

The Offshore Construction Superintendent (E&I) will lead construction supervision, coordination and administration for FEED/EPC contracts on offshore projects. You will ensure work orders are completed on schedule and meet client objectives, overseeing the transition from construction through commissioning and hand‑over.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate and enforce construction scope as defined in FEED/EPC contracts.
• Coordinate FEED/EPC contractors from construction through commissioning and hand‑over.
• Review and contribute to overall construction/installation plans, procedures and schedules.
• Monitor progress against work orders and project schedule, ensuring timely completion.
• Manage on‑site construction teams and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in offshore construction supervision, preferably in the oil & gas sector.
• Strong understanding of FEED/EPC contract execution.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and liaise with clients and contractors.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
