Omnichannel Marketing Campaigns Manager – EEMEA Surgical

About the role

Join a leading surgical business unit focused on innovative cardiac solutions. The role drives omnichannel marketing strategies for the Edwards Surgical product portfolio, building trusted relationships with medical professionals and stakeholders to improve patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop & execute comprehensive marketing plans, product materials and campaigns for the Edwards Surgical product portfolio.
• Drive messaging and experiences for current and future users of the surgical portfolio.
• Partner closely with Sales and Professional Education teams to implement regional and country initiatives and gather field insights.
• Manage marketing material execution through legal and regulatory approval processes in collaboration with cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Regional/Global Marketing and Professional Education on various initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree/equivalent with 3 years.
• Experience in life sciences, healthcare, or medical devices, preferably with cardiovascular focus.
• Proven experience in Digital Marketing, including Digital Media and CRM.
• Ability to work effectively with cross‑functional partners such as Sales, Medical Affairs, Regulatory and Legal.
• Strong documentation, written and verbal communication skills.
