On-site Technology Support Specialist (Associate) – Dubai

About the role

EY is looking for an Associate Technology Support Specialist to join its Enterprise Technology team in Dubai. The role provides on‑site hardware, software and mobile technology support to EY staff, ensuring efficient and secure daily operations. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, handling a wide range of end‑user incidents and technology deployments.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate deployment, installation, configuration and testing of firm hardware and software.
• Support onboarding and off‑boarding processes, including provisioning and de‑provisioning of devices.
• Coordinate repairs, reinstall software and resolve incidents related to standard hardware, software and mobile technologies.
• Provide after‑hours support for escalated issues with minimal supervision.
• Perform asset management activities such as procurement, inventory tracking and distribution in line with EY policies.

Required profile

• Strong analytical skills to resolve end‑user incidents and prioritize workload.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and time‑management abilities.
• Customer‑service mindset with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Approximately 2–4 years of experience in end‑user technology support.
