Onboarding & Public Relations Officer (ADNOC Project)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Onboarding & Public Relations Officer to support our ADNOC project in Abu Dhabi. The role involves managing employee onboarding, visa processing, and access‑pass administration while ensuring compliance with UAE labour and immigration regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Process and manage CICPA and ADNOC access‑passes for employees, visitors and contractors.
• Handle all stages of UAE employment visa applications, renewals, cancellations and stamping.
• Coordinate with MOHRE, Immigration, ADNOC and other government entities for work permits, labour cards and Emirates ID applications.
• Arrange medical fitness tests and maintain related documentation.
• Monitor expiry dates of visas, passes and permits and ensure timely renewals.
• Assist staff with immigration, labour and other government‑related procedures.
• Use government portals and online systems to submit, track and follow up applications.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws, immigration regulations and company policies.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in Abu Dhabi, preferably in Oil & Gas or Energy.
• Hands‑on experience with CICPA and ADNOC access‑pass processing.
• Strong knowledge of UAE visa, labour, immigration and Emirates ID procedures.
• Excellent coordination, document preparation and record‑management skills.
• High level of accuracy, confidentiality and attention to detail.
• Valid UAE driving licence preferred.
