About the role
Kiply is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to manage end‑to‑end onboarding for new restaurant locations across the GCC. You will ensure smooth data setup, POS integration, and client training, while continuously improving the rollout process.
Key responsibilities
- Own the full onboarding cycle from kickoff to go‑live and handover, handling multiple rollouts in parallel.
- Configure back‑of‑house data including item master, recipes, units, pack conversions, suppliers and opening stock.
- Coordinate POS integration with clients and engineering, validating sales flow into recipe depletion.
- Train kitchen, purchasing and management teams on stock counts, receiving, production logs and food cost reports.
- Maintain client relationships post‑go‑live, monitor system usage and support renewal efforts.
- Gather field feedback and convey product improvement ideas to the product team.
