OneStream Operations Specialist

About the role

You will join the Damen OneStream Team within Group Control, where you will help maintain and optimise the OneStream platform, strengthen governance and improve the consistency of financial data, KPIs and reports. The role focuses on ensuring platform stability, reliability and continuous improvement to support global financial decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for users, resolve incidents and handle requests.
• Monitor data loads, consolidations, workflows and support month‑end, quarter‑end and year‑end closing processes.
• Perform system configuration, metadata updates, maintain cubes, dimensions and mappings.
• Oversee integrations with source systems (e.g., ERP) and ensure data quality through reconciliations.
• Identify recurring issues, automate manual steps and implement small improvements based on user feedback.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration.
• 3–6 years of hands‑on experience with OneStream.
• Analytical, structured and solution‑oriented mindset with strong stakeholder management skills.
