Onsite Recovery Machinist

About the role

Everllence is seeking an experienced Onsite Recovery Machinist to join its global manufacturing team. You will be responsible for setting up, adjusting, and operating a range of machine tools to produce precision‑machined components for heavy‑equipment applications.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, align and operate lathes, milling machines, shapers, grinders and other specialized equipment.
• Monitor feed and speed, ensure proper lubrication and cooling, and inspect workpieces for quality.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot machine tool malfunctions, performing adjustments or repairs as needed.
• Lay out, measure and mark metal stock, fit and assemble parts, and support metalworking projects from planning through testing.
• Maintain machine tools in optimal condition, dismantle and replace defective components, and manage scrap for recycling or disposal.
• Apply safety, environmental and compliance policies throughout all activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in heavy‑equipment manufacturing or related machining environments.
• Strong technical understanding of machine tools and metal properties, combined with commercial awareness.
• Team‑oriented with good coordination, organization and communication skills.
• High ethical standards, integrity and commitment to diversity and equal opportunity.
